Prohibited Payment Methods: phplay does not accept deposits via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are prohibited in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any attempt to deposit using prohibited methods will result in the transaction being declined and may result in account review.
The minimum deposit amount on phplay is ₱100. phplay reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to players.

Most bonuses on phplay are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the relevant bonus terms. phplay reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where wagering requirements have not been met within the specified period.
phplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or colluding with other players. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.
phplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account prior to any such modification will be honoured subject to the original bonus terms.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on phplay. These limits are displayed within each game interface. phplay reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the maximum limit may be voided at phplay's discretion.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phplay reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phplay's decision in such matters is final. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. phplay will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
For sports betting markets including PBA, NBA, UFC, boxing, and other events available on phplay, all bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, phplay's decision, based on official results from recognized governing bodies, shall be final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phplay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. phplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

phplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phplay reasonably believes that you have:
You may close your phplay account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Your continued use of the phplay Platform after any amendments to these Terms have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2.
